Quality Assurance Specialist, Level IV

We are sourcing a Quality Assurance Specialist, Level IV to support large‑scale solar energy construction projects. This role will focus on quality oversight of field construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.

The primary work location is Houston, TX, with consideration given to candidates located in other office locations such as Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. Travel to field sites in West Texas and Tennessee will be required.

• Provide quality assurance support for solar field construction projects
• Monitor and inspect construction activities, including civil work
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Document inspections, findings, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and project leadership
• Support continuous improvement of QA/QC processes in the field

• 5–10 years of industry experience, with direct involvement in solar construction projects
• Hands‑on experience supporting solar field installation, including civil, piling, and panel install activities
• Strong understanding of QA/QC practices in construction environments
• Ability to work independently in field and office settings
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
