Our team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of aQuality Manager based at our Cypress facility. This position is responsible for leading site-level quality execution for manufactured products and processes while providing leadership and technical guidance to Quality Engineers supporting multiple manufacturing locations.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Manager will lead and develop the Cypress Quality team and assigned Quality Engineers while providing functional Quality leadership. This role will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and enterprise Quality teams to ensure consistent quality performance and customer satisfaction across the organization.

In this role you will get to:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the site Quality Management System to ensure consistent standards and compliance across all operations.
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal quality audits while serving as the site facilitator for external certification and customer audits.
• Oversee the creation, revision, and control of quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation to support operational clarity and standardization.
• Lead structured root-cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring quality issues and strengthen process reliability.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training to ensure employees understand quality expectations, procedures, and their role in achieving product excellence.
