Simply Home by Camillo is actively seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant. They must be able to interact with incoming prospect leads and facilitate conversion to resident applicants.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming leads
  • Perform outbound follow-up on leads
  • Discover needs of future resident leads
  • Provide follow up with leads to convert from prospect to applicant
  • Identify properties that meet prospects needs
  • Provide instructions for property access/showings
  • Review application/screening requirements with prospects
  • Review online application process steps with prospects
  • Follow-up with prospects regarding property showings/applications
  • Available for work during normal business hours, after-hours, weekends and select holidays.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  • Understand laws/statutes related to position.
  • Experience in real estate/property management (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively with little supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Entrata or other CRM tools (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual capabilities (preferred but not required).
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Entrata, Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in real estate/property management (preferred but not required)
