OverviewBayview Asset Management, LLC – a sponsor real‑estate investment company – seeks an exceptional candidate to join the team as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties, engaging motivated sellers and leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results.

- Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers; provide superior client service by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Directly involve in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.
- Actively cultivate relationships with sellers and local real‑estate networks; manage leads and follow up to close deals efficiently.
- Use strong negotiation skills to create win‑win deals and close transactions promptly.
- Collaborate seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; manage and mentor junior team members.
- Travel to properties for assessments and client meetings to discuss property values, repairs, and offers.
- 4‑10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Real‑estate license required or demonstrated willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mentality and ability to meet clear goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and accountability in all transactions.
- Proficient with CRM software and comfortable using digital tools for effective communication and organization.
- Willingness to work business hours and evenings or weekends to meet clients when most convenient.
