Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.
We are searching for a Director of Sales to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It’s a very simple job.

Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000/year base salary
- Bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $120,000

- Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.
- Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end to get leases signed.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.
- Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.
- Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments
- 3 years of active sales
- 3 years of marketing and social media experience
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
