• Manage the leasing process from tour to move‑in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments to ensure residents have an excellent move‑in experience.
• Understand the value of the property’s features as they relate to prospective residents’ needs.
• Use creative marketing strategies to increase traffic, such as online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Apply problem‑solving skills and sound judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the property and its competitors to provide complete information to potential residents.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while preparing lease documents, resident files, applications for approval, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and organize resident events.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in collecting delinquent rents.
• Visually inspect and prepare the entire property (office, models, compactor, vacant units, curb appeal, and amenity areas) daily for cleanliness; touch up models and vacant units; maintain work area and office cleanliness.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

• Cheerful attitude focused on customer service.
• Tech savvy – able to learn and work with property management applications.
• Strong ability in sales, leasing, and closing.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
