- Experienced in residential land acquisition, for finished lots, scattered and raw land projects with a strong understanding of entitlement and permitting processes, and financial feasibility
- Source and evaluate new possible opportunities across Houston, due diligence and more
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local officials to identify potential acquisitions
- Manage financial modeling, feasibility studies, and competitive market analysis for each deal
- Support the negotiation and execution of land purchase agreements
- Lead due diligence efforts including environmental, geotechnical, and zoning reviews
- Work with municipalities and planning commissions to support zoning approvals, entitlements, and permits
- Monitor real estate market trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Track project milestones and ensure timely progression from contract execution to closing
