Q10 Property Advisors, LLC is a Houston, Texas-based real estate management firm specializing in property management services. Operating across the state of Texas, Q10 is dedicated to delivering expert property services tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients.

This is a full-time, on-site Make Ready/Porter role located in Houston, TX. The Make Ready/Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across property grounds, including trash removal, basic maintenance, and ensuring facilities are well-kept and make ready of units. Additional responsibilities may include assisting tenants with property-related concerns, responding to service requests, and acting as an on-site representative of Q10 Property Advisors.

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage courteously and professionally with tenants, property visitors, and team members.
• Experience or ability to serve as a Gatekeeper by maintaining property security and monitoring access as required.
• Willingness to undergo Training, along with a commitment to continuous learning and education in property maintenance and management practices.
• Physical stamina to undertake cleaning and maintenance tasks, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a property management or maintenance role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
