Brokerage Intern

Junction Commercial Real Estate is seeking a current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in commercial real estate to join our commercial land and industrial brokerage team in Houston, Texas. The Brokerage Intern will work directly alongside Junction’s licensed real estate professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to the commercial real estate brokerage process. The role will focus on market research, property research and analysis, transaction support, marketing, and business development.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in commercial real estate while developing a strong understanding of the Houston land and industrial markets.

• Data entry and clerical tasks
• Extensive real estate research and analysis working side‑by‑side with Junction Commercial Real Estate professionals
• Develop, enhance, and leverage knowledge of the local economy and real estate markets, including the timely acquisition of accurate information about listed properties, tenants in the market and market trends
• Provide transaction support to assigned mentor and senior brokerage team, such as detailed reporting, canvassing, marketing, and analysis
• Participate in and lead property tours, as directed
• Attend industry related events

• Currently enrolled at a local four‑year University (or recently graduated)
• Reliable transportation
• Exceptional academic achievement
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Self‑motivated, diligent and entrepreneurial
• Capable of being efficient without daily micro‑management
• Strong interest in brokerage, development, or investment sales within commercial real estate
• Ability to perform job in a professional business office setting, during traditional business hours
• Real estate salesperson’s license with the State of Texas preferred but not required
