Veryknowledgeableaboutpropertyvaluation,surveydrawings,andalignmentssheets.

• Responsibleforresearching,negotiatingandelectingtopurchaseshort-andlong-termleaseoflandagreementsand
  
  Rightofwayforconstructionthatmeettheorganization'sgoals.
• Searchesforanddeterminesvariouslandownershipinterests,including,butnotlimitedto,surfaceownershipoflandandthelocationsofsuchowners.
  
  Identifiesandprovidesdetailsofallrequiredconstructionpermitsandpermitrequirementsandacquirespermitsasdirected.
• Overseeallland-relatedlegalissues,includingtransfersoftitlesanddeeds,construction,mortgageconcerns,andzoning.
• Responsibleforresolutionsandotherlegalformsrelatedtolandacquisitions.
  
  Acertaindegreeofcreativityandlatitudeisrequired.
• Preparesadequatedailyactivityreportsandpreparesspecialagent'sreportsrelativetocomplexnegotiationsforeasements,damagesettlements,and/orpermitacquisition.
  
  Mayworkintheofficeoroutinthefield.
• Performinternalandexternalduediligencetoensureaccuracyandcompletenessoflandrightsortoidentifyandbringforwarddeficienciesrequiringremedialaction.
• Serveasliaisonwithlandowner/tenantonownership,easementrights,damage claims,andaccessissues.
• Effectivelyuseestablishedcompanyandclientpolicies,procedures,andprocessestoperformwork.
• Review3rdpartydevelopmentplansandrelevant
  
  Rightofwayrecords(i.e.easements,permits,etc.)todetermineanyconflicts.
• Maintains up-to-datestatuswithdesignatedupper-level
  
  Rightofwayagentorprojectmanager/supervisortoensuretheassignmentiscompletedfollowingtheclient'sprocedures.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.

• Musthaveaminimumoffiveyearsofexperienceinthe Rightof Wayindustry .
• Excellentworkingknowledgeofapplicablelaws,rules,regulations,rightofwaypolicies,procedures,terminology,andrightofway/realpropertyacquisitionpoliciesandprocedures.
• Knowledgeofsettlementinstrumentsandcontractterms.
• Veryknowledgeableaboutpropertyvaluation,surveydrawings,andalignmentssheets.
• Goodunderstandingofvariousland-relatedcontractsandagreementsforconstruction,operation,andmaintenanceofexistingandnewfacilities,includingbutnotlimitedto,feesimple,rights-of-way,leases,temporaryworkspaceagreements,licenses,permits,ordinances,andfranchiseagreementswiththeabilitytocompleterightofwaytransactionsindependently.
• Experiencewithacquisition&relocationdocuments,notices,processes,and procedures.
• Abilitytoplanandorganizeworkload,adjusttochangingpriorities,andworkwellunderpressurewithminimalsupervision.
• Abilitytocompleteright-of-waytransactionsindependently.
• Abilitytointerpretalignmentsheetsandplats.
• Mustbeabletoperformlandtitleresearch.
• Musthavestrongoralandwrittencommunicationskillsandbecustomerfocused.
• Demonstrateexcellentinterpersonalskillstobuildrelationshipswithothers.
• Exercisesgoodjudgmentandhasexperiencehandlingconfidentialinformation.
• Abilitytoworkautonomouslyandtocollaboratefullyasateamplayer.
• Abilitytopaycloseattentiontodetails,andpresentgoodplanning,organization,andtimemanagementskills.
• Abilitytoworkinateamenvironmentandwillingnesstoassumeadditionalornewresponsibilitiesreadily.
