Beloved Community is hiring for the position of Associate Director of Participatory Action Research (Houston, TX) with a background in mixed-methods research and community-based initiatives. In this role, the primary function is to design and launch a community-based research project in Houston. This will entail recruiting and training a small cohort of community researchers, developing instruments (e.g., focus group guide, survey), analyzing findings, and co-authoring the final report with community researchers.

If successful, this year-long research project will serve as the pilot study to inform the development of a multi-year research project in Houston.
