Location:

Houston, TX

On-site Full‑time

• Champion oilfield produced water research at Revo Chem – methodology development and sample analysis for R&D and business
• Accountability for water program from SOP set‑up, methodology improvement, to daily operation

• Responsible for new methodology development and research for oilfield produced water analysis with high accuracy for time‑lapse study
• Full accountability for water data quality and timeline delivered by the lab
• Design and execute research experiments to support new product development
• Develop, maintain and consistently improve SOP related to water analysis
• Train and QA/QC technician to fully execute analysis based on SOP
• Collaborate with data team to ensure problems are resolved immediately and drive value from the products delivered
• Responsible for maintaining instruments for best performance and minimum down time.

• Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Hydrochemistry, Biochemistry or related area
• Minimum 3 years of experience in water chemistry laboratory
  , particularly ICP‑MS, IC, and other instrument for water analysis
• Minimum of 3 years of wet chemistry research experience
• Experiences of writing peer‑reviewed publications preferred
• Working knowledge of data analytics
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time‑management skills and multitasking ability
