Position: IMPACT Graduate Program (Early Careers)

About the Role

AMP Graduate Program (18 months). Rotate 3 6‑month rotations in Research & Analytics, Upstream, Consulting. Start June 2026. Associates gain exposure to commodities, supply chain, data analytics, climate change, geopolitical, energy transition, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with complex research assignments using advanced secondary research techniques and data analytics.
  • Conduct in‑depth research on geographic segment trends, competitor, market trends, technology topics.
  • Maintain proprietary analytical models and databases such as supply/demand, inventory models.
  • Interpret modeling results to evaluate reasoning.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on market trends and thought leadership.
  • Support insight papers, data structuring, analysis using Python, Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (preferred Chemistry/Sustainability/Agriculture/Biology/Chemistry) by June 2026;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Full‑time availability from June 2026.
  • Internship or project experience in oil/refining/ petrochemical/upstream/downstream/agrochemical/power/renewable energy/seed companies desired.
  • Modeling, data science experience a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, large dataset handling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation in business English.
  • Problem‑solving, logical reasoning; troubleshoot data logic.
  • Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated, result‑oriented, self‑learning, interpersonal skills.
