UTHealth Houston's Neurology Department seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to advance understanding of neurodegenerative diseases linked to protein misfolding. The role focuses on characterizing the αSyn interactome to identify factors shaping αSyn seeding in PD brains using proteomics and cellular/animal PD models.
The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, operate specialized equipment, collect and analyze data, and contribute to publications and presentations.
