DetailsSchedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $10/hr + tips (average $9–$10/hr in tips)
You’ll be eligible for the tip pool after passing our internal ops test and earning your Serv Safe and TABC certifications — don’t worry, we’ll help you get there with on-the-job training.
What You’ll Do- Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Bus tables, wash dishes, and keep the café sparkling.
- Make sure patio tables are wiped down, fans are on, and chairs are ready for guests.
- Keep condiment stations stocked and organized.
- Restock the grab-and-go fridge as needed.
- Lend a hand in the kitchen and run food when needed.
- Keep an eye on the wine fridge and make sure backup bottles are stocked.
- Work the Register Like a Pro
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and take orders quickly and accurately.
- Monitor pickup bars and help guests with questions.
- Handle payments fast and correctly.
- Keep the register area neat and welcoming.
- Handle Products with Care
- Serve pastries, egg bites, drip & iced coffee/tea, and wine when you’re on register.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards every time.
- Create Great Guest Experiences
- Check in with guests to make sure they’re happy and comfortable.
- Bring a cheerful, bubbly vibe to every interaction.
- Be proactive — grab napkins, lids, or anything else they might need before they ask.
- A naturally positive, people-loving attitude.
- Team player energy — you jump in wherever you’re needed.
- Attention to detail and a love for keeping things clean.
- The ability to stay on your feet and keep moving during your shift.
- Reliability — especially for those early morning shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
