Job Schedule: Part-Time

• Set‑up, break‑down and maintain the dish room and pot washing area.
• Set‑up, break‑down and clean floor safety mats.
• Clean all pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils – washing, drying and storing.
• Clean and sanitize all carts.
• Clean production equipment and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Mop and sweep kitchen, dry storeroom, and walk‑in coolers to keep free of debris.
• Take out trash on an ongoing basis.
• Keep log sheets for the dish machine and three‑compartment sink.

• Complete required training and certification of Buckner and governing authorities (e.g., food handler’s certificate).
• Knowledge of and ability to learn food serving, cleanliness, and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuously to move food service and preparation equipment and other objects.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, stand, and walk over 75% of the shift.
