The Server is responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food to restaurant guests. Servers are expected to answer questions regarding the menu and work closely with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. They offer suggestions and recommendations to guests, creating a memorable dining experience. Servers should always go above and beyond for guests.

• Direct guests to their seats and present the menu.
• Recommend menu items, including wine pairings.
• Coordinate with back servers to meet guest needs.
• Enter orders into the Micros system and process payments.
• Verify guests' age for alcohol service.
• Maintain tables through proper pre-bussing, marking, and clearing.
• Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Attend to all guest needs promptly.
• Reset tables with appropriate settings for new guests.
• Set up food stations for upcoming shifts or large parties.
• Assist hosts with phone inquiries, greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
• Strive for outstanding service quality.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Solid knowledge of the menu and restaurant culture.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Micros POS system.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain tables.
• Team player attitude.

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Work efficiently in confined spaces for extended periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fun culture.
• No prior restaurant experience required.
• TIPs Certification (CT/NY/MA/VA/FL markets).
• ABC Certification (TN market).
