Full‑time or Part‑time position. Pay range: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour.

General Manager

Hourly/Non‑Exempt

• Provide quick, friendly and excellent customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable and pleasant dining experience at Common Bond.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to customer request/needs.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guests needs through effective and clear communication.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Prepare bar and lounge for morning, afternoon and evening service.
• Clean customer area – wiping bar counter, mopping, etc.
• Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Common Bond’s products and procedures.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all Common Bond products.
• Describe promotions and new products to customers.
• Ensure customer service stations are well stocked.
• Run food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion.
• Notify a direct supervisor if a customer has a complaint.
• Roll silverware.
• Inform management of any foreseeable shortages before items run out.
• Maintain clean restrooms, checking every half hour.
• Keep doors and windows clean and free of handprints.
• Rotate stock using the FIFO method.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Prepare and package food and beverages to our high‑quality standard recipes, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Additional duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be assigned.

• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
