Job Title:
Part Time Food Production Associate

• Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM
• Sunday 9AM-6PM

• Operate equipment to prepare Fresh Tortillas (Past bakery and/or tortilla production experience preferred)
• Prepare sliced meats (must be 18 years of age to operate meat slicer) and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps
• Juice: prepare ingredients for beverages
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times
• Use Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day
• Utilize a broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, fish and potato wedges as needed
• Take temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
• Change oil in broasters

• At least 16 years of age
• Able to provide superior customer service
• Able to multitask
• Work independently or within a team
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
