Handcrafted beverages are an essential part of an authentic Italian dining experience. As a Bartender at Olive Garden, you will demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service, mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations, while helping maintain a safe, clean restaurant by sanitizing guest and team member touch points.

• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and hospitality to guests.
• Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and contribute to a clean, well-maintained restaurant.

• Strong guest-service mindset with genuine hospitality.
• Ability to learn and master beverage recipes and mixing techniques.
• Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Entry-level opportunity; prior bartending experience is a plus but not required.
