The Host/Hostess at Doris Metropolitan serves as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
This role involves warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include;
opening the door for guests, greeting guests upon entering, using reservation systems, seating guests, communicating with management and staff, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms.
We are seeking someone with a great personality who is excellent at communicating with guests. This is a fine dining restaurant with a fun and lively vibe.
