• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members onboarding.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Motivates employees, resolves conflicts, makes hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts: open, close, weekends, holidays.
