Position: Dishwasher - 051 - South Post Oak
Are you a detail-oriented person who takes pride in leaving a space better than you found it? We are looking for a reliable and organized Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our operation, maintaining a clean and efficient dishwashing area and supporting the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the kitchen and customer areas.

Responsibilities:

Scrape, rinse, and hand-wash dishes to include utensils, baking/cooking pans.

Dry, and stack cleaned items.

Store clean dishes, cookware, and utensils in their proper locations.

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the customer areas by sweeping and mopping floors as well cleaning and sanitizing the restroom.

Properly dispose of trash.

Assist other kitchen staff as needed with tasks such as cleaning cook stations or unloading deliveries.

Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.
