As a Tumble
22 Expo
, you'll be the critical link between the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff, ensuring smooth, timely service and legendary food quality. Your role is to coordinate and expedite food orders to maintain Tumble 22’s high standards for service, presentation, and quality.

• Coordinate food orders between kitchen and servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Inspect all food items before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to address any issues or delays, making sure orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and surrounding areas.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as necessary to meet high‑demand periods or specific order requests.
• Monitor and manage the flow of orders during busy periods to minimize wait times and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and sanitized workspace, following Tumble 22’s food safety and hygiene standards.
