Tradition Senior Living, LP is a Texas-based luxury senior living organization committed to excellence in serving our residents. We operate in Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth, and offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We are seeking a Dining Room Server for our Houston – Buffalo Speedway community. The position reports directly to the Director of Dining who oversees the Food & Beverage department.

• Provide excellent customer service and manage high‑level tasks in a fine dining setting.
• Offer a high level of hospitality and flawless table service.
• Answer food, wine, and beverage questions, and course food items appropriately.
• Accurately operate our POS system.
• Perform side work and complete end‑of‑shift closeout tasks.

• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail.
