THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

• You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene.
• You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires fun.
• You enjoy immediate gratification – nothing better than improving someone’s experience or inspiring your team to play at a higher level.
• You have never met a goal you can’t beat.
• You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift and working an average of 50‑hour work weeks.
• You can oversee all aspects of the business – from the most minor details to the big picture.

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Unafraid to work in a fast‑paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interacting with guest‑service focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development.
