• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and inviting demeanor.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials and promotions.
• Assist in managing wait times and communicate effectively with guests.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and hospitality.

• Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant operations.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
