Overview
As a back waiter at Emmaline you are the connective tissue in delivering amazing care and hospitality to our guests. Your role is critical in being the last line of defense for quality and precise food coming from the kitchen. You serve as our very important second set of eyes and ears to ensure that our guests receive the proper food and accoutrements to their meal and have everything they need, sometimes before they even know they need it.
It is your role to get to know our guests so that they come to rely on your service and assistance throughout their experience. Our level of service demands that you are fast and efficient, have good visibility in seeing a table's/guest's needs and communicate on a high level with your team. Your responsiveness to prioritizing tasks and requests is instrumental in your success.

- Know the menu items and their presentation inside and out.
- Bring to the chef s or manager s attention anything that is not up to our standards.
- Deliver food to the proper guest every time utilizing seat numbers.
- Ensuring guests have all they need to accompany their meal.
- Assist servers in all that they do, especially as it relates to bread and water service, maintaining the table s cleanliness and order, clearing plates, resetting silverware, resetting tables.
- Clear anything on the table no longer of use to the guest.
- Always practice teamwork to deliver the Emmaline experience.
- Thoroughly complete sidework in order to ensure that we are set for success.
- Adhere to all Emmaline policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Come to work on time, in a clean uniform and ready to work

- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- Strong and stable work history with customer service as a focus
