Sous Chef

Sous Chef at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest located in Houston, TX. The Sous Chef will assist with daily culinary operations, preparing high-quality meals, and maintaining elevated dining standards for physicians and executive staff. The ideal candidate brings creativity, attention to detail, and experience in fine dining or upscale food service.

• Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting.
• Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented.
• Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
