The Role The Food Runner delivers food promptly and accurately while connecting the kitchen and service team through clear communication and attentive table support within a polished, craft-driven service environment.# What You’ll Do
* Match plates to tickets and deliver food to the correct guests and positions.
* Present dishes with accurate ingredient and preparation language when the service model requires it.
* Use accurate menu language and communicate allergies, modifications, and missing items promptly.
* Protect food temperature, presentation, and safe handling during delivery.
* Assist with table maintenance, water, clearing, resets, and guest requests as assigned.
* Maintain clean, stocked service and pickup areas.
* Complete opening, running, closing, and assigned side work.# Benefits & Perks

What You’ll Bring
* Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
* Strong memory, menu-learning ability, urgency, accuracy, and communication.
* Ability to carry multiple plates safely and move efficiently through busy service areas.
* Food Handler Certification# Physical & Schedule Requirements
* Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a restaurant shift.
* Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas.
* Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
* Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
* Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
