Washing & Cleaning Dishes

• Scrubbing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Use industrial dishwashers or washing items by hand when necessary.

Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness

• Keeping sinks, dish racks, and workstations clean and organized.
• Wiping down countertops and kitchen surfaces.

Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain hygiene.

• Handling & Organizing Dishes
• Properly stacking and storing cleaned dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated areas.
• Ensuring that all kitchen staff have the clean tools they need to cook and serve food.

Taking Out Trash & Recycling

• Emptying trash cans, compost bins, and recycling containers regularly.
• Following restaurant waste disposal guidelines.

Following Health & Safety Standards

• Wearing gloves, aprons, and other protective gear as required.

Ensuring dishes meet sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.

• Reporting any broken equipment or safety hazards to management.

Keeping Up with a Fast-Paced Environment

• Working quickly and efficiently, especially during busy hours.
• Staying organized to ensure a smooth workflow for the kitchen team.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills in engaging with guests and collaborating seamlessly with team members.
