Topbrassdallas is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our standards and recipes, while maintaining a clean station and proper sanitation.
Responsibilities include quality control, inventory support, teamwork with front-of-house staff, and safe operation of kitchen equipment. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; hotel or fine dining experience is a plus.
