MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable working in fast paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communicator and service oriented
- Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency
- Sense of humor, positive and friendly
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Learn the service flow and assist servers deliver excellent service
- Deliver food to the proper guest every time utilizing seat numbers.
- Perform table maintenance and detailing during operational hours.
- Assist the servers in all aspect of the front and back of the house functions
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the restaurant
- Adhere to all La Colombe d’Or policies and procedures
- Maintain an impeccably clean work environment that includes all guest and service areas in the restaurant.
- Come to work on time, in a clean uniform and ready to work with a positive attitude
- Responsible for wishing all guests a warm farewell.
- We value previous experience but would be willing to hire without experience for the right candidate.
