• Provide a well‑stocked, well‑maintained department and deliver superior customer service.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products on a daily basis, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Support the partner‑owned model by demonstrating commitment, hard work, and a focus on quality and customer service.

• Conduct suggestive selling to improve department sales.
• Perform inventory management processes and use ordering system applications.
• Clean and sanitize display cases and operate equipment properly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum age 18.

• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment such as PC, scales, and label machines.
• Excellent customer service, reading, writing, and planning skills.
• Ability to work with customers attentively and perform detailed tasks accurately.

• Includes manual handling of materials up to 70 lbs depending on the department (Bakery, Deli).
• Reaching at waist, shoulder, overhead, and bending or stooping frequently.
• Exposure to wet, cold or hot conditions and loud noise.
