Overview

Retail Sales Associate - 2266 at First Cash
. Full-time position with earnings potential through hourly pay plus commission. Pay rate listed as $10.00 to $14.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure paid for every transaction processed.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards and communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Works with coworkers and managers to deliver a positive customer experience; completes required training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work at multiple locations as needed; flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office machines.
