• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures

• Minimum age: 21
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
