What You’ll Bring:
- Read/write Spanish/English and interact with general public and co‑workers.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
- Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager, the Grocery Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. This position will assist customers, clean display cases, and clean shelves. They will also clean, fill, and rotate the self‑serve displays. Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends. Must be able to perform heavy lifting, bending and stooping for long periods of time.
Physical requirements:
lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
