The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stockroom maintenance. This in-store role helps maintain merchandise standards and supports store sales and the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, transfer, and handle merchandise and freight.
- Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
- Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
- Maintain back-stock and stockroom organization.
- Support merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
- Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for some roles.
