Wayfair's 2027 Summer Internship in Houston offers hands-on exposure to physical retail operations across our brands. You’ll rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, and clienteling, shadow leadership, and deliver a capstone project.
As a Bachelor’s student returning after the internship, you’ll work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, with travel within the Houston area. Base pay is $25 per hour for the ten-week program.
