Product Data & Catalog Coordinator

Are you a spreadsheet extraordinaire with an eye for detail and a knack for organization? We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and tech-savvy team member to help keep our online store running beautifully. You'll manage product information, work with large datasets, update our Shopify catalog, and support digital merchandising projects. If you love problem-solving, learning new tools, and making sense of lots of information, we'd love to meet you.

Maison & Tavola is a Houston-based luxury retailer specializing in designer tabletop, home decor, furniture, and gifts. With a beautiful showroom and a growing nationwide e-commerce business, we're a small, collaborative team with a passion for exceptional products and great design.

• Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Organize Shopify collections, categories, and product data.
• Keep our online catalog accurate, consistent, and up to date.

• Work with large Excel and Google Sheets files.
• Manage bulk product uploads, CSV files, and data updates.
• Spot errors, solve problems, and keep information organized.
• Support new product launches, seasonal updates, and promotions.
• Prepare product images and assist with website improvements.
• Help create a polished, seamless online shopping experience.

• Maintain product and sales reports.
• Collaborate on e-commerce and merchandising projects.
• Explore new software, AI tools, and more efficient ways of working.

• Excel and Google Sheets proficiency is a must.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently.
• Comfortable juggling projects and learning new technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
• Familiarity with CSV files, product uploads, or catalog management.
• Basic Canva, image editing, or digital merchandising experience.
• Background in retail or e-commerce operations.
