Candidates should possess the ability to:

• Read and write Spanish and English, and interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

Under direct supervision of the Store Director, the Receiving Clerk will manage the entire operation of the receiving department for the store.

The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store, and essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
