• Assist customers in the Dairy, Deli, and Frozen departments with product selection and special requests.
• Clean display cases, rotate stock, and maintain the appearance of self-serve displays.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and helpful service to all customers.
• Stand, walk, kneel, and perform visual and auditory tasks as required.

• Read and write in Spanish and English; interact with customers and co-workers.
• Understand and follow simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information to customers and employees one-on-one and in small groups.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC and Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Under direct supervision, the Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk will provide friendly and helpful service while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department.
