Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Work with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs designed to expand the client base.
  • Research and evaluate new opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products.
  • Work with the management team to implement new product marketing paths and campaigns.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all selling and marking efforts and take actions to continually improve results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably business/marketing/communications or equivalent industry experience preferred. Emphasis in new business development.
  • Proven track record of success with cold calling, networking, and relationship development.
  • Multifamily and /or Corporate sign packages preferred.
  • Experience developing targeted solicitation plans to secure key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results oriented individual with proven sales success.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing short and long term vision and strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast paces environment.
  • Ability to read architectural blue prints.
  • Basic Knowledge of fabrication materials and uses.
  • Computer proficiency –strong excel skills and the ability to use outlook and word.
  • Minimal travel required. Up to 20%.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
