Overview

Are you a relationship builder who thrives on connecting with clients and driving results? As an AW Account Manager
, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers, meeting with them in person 3‑4 days per week, collaborating over the phone, and helping them maximize the value of our services. You’ll also represent our brand at monthly industry and after‑hours events, engaging with associates and expanding your professional network. In this role, you’ll manage existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

It’s the perfect balance of independence, travel, and strategic impact, giving you the chance to grow both your client relationships and your career. This position blends account management with new business development, with incentives and commissions tied to your success in both areas.

Responsibilities
  • Visit customers and prospects in your assigned territory and maintain regular phone contact.
  • Manage existing accounts to increase revenue and expand customer relationships.
  • Build meaningful relationships with both on‑site and regional customers.
  • Drive penetration within existing customers and adoption with new customers.
  • Understand customers’ needs and match our services to those needs.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for your accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Branches, leasing agents, and operations—to resolve issues and drive smooth execution of services.
  • Track all client interactions, appointments, and follow‑ups in our CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies and improve account growth.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital outreach, referral programs, and loyalty programs.
  • Schedule and conduct in‑person and virtual meetings with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
  • Proven account management experience with a track record of building long‑term client relationships
  • Sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Territory management experience and comfort traveling within a designated area to meet clients in person
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for phone, email, and in‑person interactions
  • CRM proficiency, including maintaining accurate client data, scheduling appointments, and tracking interactions
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities to address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives, referral programs, and client communications
  • Knowledge of in‑home services, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Independent and self‑motivated, able to manage schedule and drive results without constant supervision
