Field Sales EngineerWasson-ECE Instrumentation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Technical Sales department as a Field Sales Engineer. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities- Identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Presenting product demonstrations and conducting technical presentations
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Providing excellent customer service and support
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should also be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Salary based on experience
- Field-based work with business travel up to 75%
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with duties as required
