Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor

Withofficesboomingacrossthecountry,wearenowlookingtocontinueourgrowthbyaddingtalented

Multifamily Investment Sales Advisorstoourteam .Thispositionwillbefocusedonthefrontrangeandwillbeexpectedtotravelwithintheterritoryasneeded.

Ideallythiscandidatewillhaveexperienceinmultifamily investment sales but other roles inCREorsaleswillbeconsidered.

Thisisahighcommission,1099contractposition.

Responsibilities
  • Advisingclientsonrealestatetrendsandtheirindividualizedrealestateinvestmentstrategies
  • Sourcingnewclientandnurturingexistingrelationships
  • Representclientsthroughutilizing

    MMG’sindustrybestpracticestopromoterealestateinvestmentopportunitiesandsecureadvantageousoffers
  • Evaluatetheclients’desiresandeconomiccapabilitiestodiscovertheappropriatesuggestions
  • Preparingthoughtfulanalysesandeffectivelycommunicationclientdeliverables,including

    Broker Opinionsof Value (BOV),Offering Memoranda(OM),propertycompreports,andmarketresearchreports
  • Presentingmarketingproposalstoclients
  • Market&advertisepropertiesthroughavarietyofmarketingtechniques
  • Manageflowofdocumentationandcommunicationbetweenclient,transactionteam,extendedteamsuchasservicelines,andexternalco-brokers
  • Provideongoingsupportwithcurrenttransactions-includingmarketsurveys,proposalreviewsandsummaries,leasereviewsandfinancialanalysis.

    Also,schedule,coordinate,andleadpropertytoursandappointments
  • Continuetomonitorlocalmarketsalesanddevelopmentactivityasameansofcontinuallyupdatingclientmarketawareness
  • Stayingcurrentonindustrytrendsthroughutilizingmultipleresearchtoolsanddatasources
  • Strengthenandcoordinateclientmanagementandnetworkrelationships
  • Attendnetworkingevents
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’sDegreerequired.

    Business,Sales,Real Estateor Financedegreesstronglypreferred
  • Active Real Estate Licenseor Willingtoobtain Real Estate License
  • Strongresearchanddataanalysiscapabilities
  • Positive attitude,team-orientedanddriventosucceed
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Mustbeaction-oriented,collaborative,aself-starterandcustomerfocused
  • Willneedtotraveltopropertylocationswithintheirmarket
  • Proficiencyworkingon Microsoft Office programs –primarily
