- Sourcingnewclientandnurturingexistingrelationships
- Representclientsthroughutilizing
MMG’sindustrybestpracticestopromoterealestateinvestmentopportunitiesandsecureadvantageousoffers - Evaluatetheclients’desiresandeconomiccapabilitiestodiscovertheappropriatesuggestions
- Preparingthoughtfulanalysesandeffectivelycommunicationclientdeliverables,including
Broker Opinionsof Value (BOV),Offering Memoranda(OM),propertycompreports,andmarketresearchreports - Presentingmarketingproposalstoclients
- Market&advertisepropertiesthroughavarietyofmarketingtechniques
- Manageflowofdocumentationandcommunicationbetweenclient,transactionteam,extendedteamsuchasservicelines,andexternalco-brokers
- Provideongoingsupportwithcurrenttransactions-includingmarketsurveys,proposalreviewsandsummaries,leasereviewsandfinancialanalysis.
