THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partner Sales Executive for our Partner Sales team in Houston, TX. The role is hybrid, onsite three days a week, and focuses on high‑value partner acquisition across the U.S. market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to platform launch, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
YOUR IMPACT- Convert high‑value prospects through resourceful outreach and value communication.
- Execute high‑volume outbound: 50+ cold calls per day plus targeted email and social outreach.
- Research and qualify key decision‑makers within target businesses.
- Lead partners through every sales stage—from discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Deliver engaging presentations of Wellhub’s value proposition to business owners and decision‑makers.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, Hub Spot) for pipeline reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and cross‑functional teams to refine strategies and share best practices.
- Live the mission by supporting wellbeing for yourself and colleagues, fostering a supportive work culture.
- Minimum 2 years of high‑volume outbound experience with full‑cycle sales expertise.
- Proactive team player who collaborates across departments and prioritizes shared success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in virtual presentations.
- Customer‑service mindset: genuine desire to help others and manage complex conversations.
- Strong time management and organization, adept at tracking leads and scheduling follow‑ups.
- Resilience and drive to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent approach.
- Coachability: eager to learn, adapt, and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Tech savvy with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Annual base salary range: $60,000–$70,000 USD in New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington. Other locations may vary. Eligible for an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and a performance‑based stock option program.
