Sales Support Representative

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborates with cross‑functional teams to respond to inquiries, and supports the Sales leadership team in driving sales initiatives and maximizing opportunities.

• Administer commercial and/or government contracts in an engineered manufacturing environment.
• Lead coordination efforts on aftermarket quotes and manage proposal throughout the bid cycle.
• Generate high quality, on‑time, value‑priced proposals and maintain accurate sales records.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve forecast accuracy, support forecast and outlook processes, and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and quarterly forecasting documents.
• Support 30‑day, quarterly, and monthly sales forecast and outlook processes.
• Maintain current and accurate sales records and organizational charts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational skills.

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries.
• Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration.

• Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
