Virtual Bilingual (Spanish) Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Specialist. Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing, education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Customers include, but are not limited to, physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

• Execute client‑directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.

• BA/BS degree minimum required.
• 1+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong sales, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.

• 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
