Sales Account Manager (Inside sales) – Cypress area 77070 – $50K annual + bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have a strong background in customer service. This role involves managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns.
  • Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services to existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management.
  • Expert or proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
